Envelope Printer makes printing addresses a snap:
Download Envelope Printer v 7.0 now for a free trial! (non-zip file: click here) We won't ask you for your email address, phone number, or anything! |
Changes to Envelope Printer over the last year:
Version 6.0 allowed you full use of databases to create, store, edit, and print lists of names and addresses. Keep one database for friends, another for work... and add as many new databases as you want. And entries in the databases can be modified at any time. Click here to view a sample address database list.Version 6.1 added laser printer support, with the ability to print addresses using the center feed so commonly found in such printers. When printing more than one address at a time, the program would also allow you to pause between envelopes so you could feed a new envelope for the next address. And it would let you print the address database alphabetically by first name or last name, just as the names are listed in the address dialog box. (And we cleaned up one or two tiny bugs.)
In version 7.0 we now add new features that users have been asking for over the last year:
Envelope Printer gives you several printing options:
Not all printers work the same way, so we give you several standard options for printing your envelopes. You can print in portrait, landscape or laser mode, and using either a #6 or #10 envelope size. But if that doesn't suit your needs, you can create your own envelope size using our "Roll Your Own" feature. Just tell Envelope Printer where to print the address and return address, and it will place it there for you. New! You can now use the Roll Your Own feature in Landscape mode and rotate the text 180 degrees so that addresses can now be printed on envelopes inserted from the left side of the printer's feed tray. And we have even more options:
You can print your addresses in color, using any font on your computer, and using bold, italics, or underlined text. Add POSTNET bar codes to your envelopes. Include a message, such as "Personal and Confidential", or "Attn: Accounting". Personalize your envelopes by adding a picture to the envelope. And now a word from our sponsors. Perhaps you could pay them a visit...

Two notes about upgrading:
If you currently have Envelope Printer and wish to upgrade to version 7.0, you will need a new unlock code. If you upgrade without a new unlock code, you will be using the trial version (with its limitations) until you obtain your unlock code from us.
Version 7.0 cannot read address databases created by earlier versions of the program. If you wish to convert your address database(s) to a format that version 7.0 can read, you will need to download the "Convert" utility program (or in the zip format). Once downloaded, just double click on it to start the program, and then enter the name of the Envelope Printer datebase (such as "envelope.env") that you want converted. The "Convert" program will perform the conversion and rename the new file to the Envelope Printer 7.0 format (such as "envelope.ep7"). Old databases from earlier versions cannot be read correctly by version 7.0, so you must convert them if you want to use them in the new version of the program.
Please note that we do not offer refunds on any of our software. Download and try the program before you buy!
Download and try our shareware version of Envelope Printer free of charge! If you find it useful and would like to continue using it, you may purchase a full, unrestricted version of the program for only $21.
